However, during special events such as the Longqingxia Ice Lantern Festival in winter, the hours may extend into the evening.

Specifically, the opening hours from April 10th to November 15th are from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

During the Ice Lantern Festival, which runs from January 15th until the end of February, the gorge opens from 9:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM to provide visitors ample time to enjoy the stunning ice sculptures.

By Train:

Board the train to Yanqing County, and upon arrival, take a shuttle bus to Longqing Gorge or hire a taxi for direct transportation.

By Car:

If driving, the journey takes approximately 2 hours with minimal traffic.

Travel on the Badaling Expressway (Jingzang Expressway) and take Exit 62.

Continue past Yanqing County and follow the signs to Longqing Gorge.

Alternatively, you can hire a car through a travel agency for transportation from downtown Beijing directly to the gorge.

Please note that the last bus from Longqing Gorge typically departs between 5 and 6 pm.
